omericaorganic-official: Here at Omerica, we like to think that one of the things that sets us apart as a business is our unwavering commitment to quality.  Since our start, we’ve dedicated ourselves to making the highest quality wooden adornment on the market.  In the process of being made in our Denver, CO workshop, plugs are checked for sizing accuracy (flares, length, diameter, consistency as a pair) a minimum of 3 different times.  Then, before shipping, every pair is submitted to a final quality inspection.   The most critical eyes to rest on our plugs are likely our own; as we meticulously examine etchings, inlays, overall finish, wood characteristics, and measurements.  If any imperfection is perceived, the pair is remade.  Try not to feel too sorry for those plugs that don’t make the cut though, they get a second life filling containers for our weekly Guess How Many Plugs Contests on Facebook.   We’d like to thank our customers for appreciating quality, and for your patience in waiting on orders that might take a bit of time, with the knowledge that each pair of plugs that arrives on your doorstep is a pair that we’d be proud to wear ourselves.  We love what we do, we take pride in our work, and we have the best customers out there, thanks for everything!
